Below are some helpful New York City Public Schools resources for families. If you need support, please contact WHEELS and we will do our best to help connect you to the right information.

NYC Schools Account (NYCSA)
The NYC Schools Account allows families to view grades, attendance, schedules, test scores, transportation information, emergency contact information, and more.

Student Records
All families can access student information through the NYC Schools Account, including:
- Report card grades (current and past)
- Grades 3–8 state test scores and Regents scores
- Daily and historical attendance
- Scheduling information, including your child’s current program
- Enrollment history
- Student indicators from ATS, including 504, ENL, and IEP status, and limited parent access information
- Parent and guardian contact information

School Meals
NYC Public Schools offers free breakfast, lunch, and afterschool meals to all students during the school year.

Health Forms and School Health Services
Families can find important school health forms, immunization requirements, and school health services through NYC Public Schools.

School-Based Health Center (SBHC)
In addition to our counseling services at WHEELS, we also work collaboratively with the NewYork-Presbyterian School-Based Health Center, located on the first floor. The center is staffed by licensed professionals from NewYork-Presbyterian and is open year-round.

Physical health services include physical exams for school, camp, sports, or work; screenings; immunizations; pregnancy testing; HIV testing; birth control; HPV vaccinations; and health education.

The SBHC also provides mental health services through supportive counseling, treatment, and crisis intervention. In addition, the center offers COVID vaccines.

Parent University offers free courses, resources, events, and activities for NYC Public Schools families.

Language Access
NYC Public Schools provides resources in multiple languages. Families can also ask their school for interpretation or translation support for important meetings and communications.
